About Us
SCI works with Schools, Youth Offending Teams and Children's Services.
We provide targeted intervention for children and young adults who are experiencing social, emotional, behavioural or contextual challenges.
Our approach blends physical activity, mentoring and trauma-informed practice to help them stabilise,
re-engage and succeed.

Our Mission & Ethos

Our Mission
To give young people the opportunity, support and structure they need to make positive change.
SCI was created around the belief that progress doesn't happen in a classroom or through traditional support alone. By combining trusted relationships, physical activity, mentoring and structured intervention, we create different opportunities for young people to engage, achieve and move forward.
Our Ethos
Every young person deserves the opportunity to move forward.
We recognise that behaviour often sits within a much wider picture. Our approach is non-judgemental, consistent and built around the individual, recognising their experiences, strengths and circumstances rather than defining them by the challenges they face.
We believe in building on what a young person can do, creating achievable opportunities for success and helping them develop the confidence, resilience and skills to make positive choices for their future.
Second chances aren't about looking back. They are about creating a different way forward.
